Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Once approved, we will help you coordinate a freight pickup for large furniture pieces or provide a shipping label for smaller home decor items.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
